This is the official home page of DES, the Diploma of Engineering Society. DES is the student government representing first and second year undergraduate engineering students at Dalhousie.
OUR MISSION
The Diploma Engineering Society (DES) exists to promote a positive undergraduate experience for its members at Dalhousie University by planning social events, promoting academic resources, conveying student perspectives, and stimulating professional development.
About Us
DES represents students on regional, provincial, and national stages as a constituent society of the Dalhousie Undergraduate Engineering Society (DUES), as a member of the Atlantic Council of Engineering Students (ACES), and as a member of the Canadian Federation of Engineering Students (CFES).
DES Academics HUB (SAC)
Resources are available for students from Dalhousie Diploma of Engineering Society, who need help with academics. The DES SAC Team works hard to provide extra help for students who need with courses, and is working toward bettering the academic environment.
